Here is a list of our rates, please call the Theatre Facilities Unit for an estimate.
Estimates are provided by Theatre Facilities Unit staff members only.
An estimate is based on the needs of each event using these rates to determine the cost of all events.
Estimates are subject to change as the needs of the event change.

Minimum reservation deposit is full anticipated facilities rental rate (1/2 day, full day, or weekly rate) due upon reservation. Fully refundable up to 6 WEEKS prior to the event. Minimum reservation deposit sacrificed after that.
Labor, set-up charges and additional rental hours will be billed after the event.
NO RESERVATIONS ACCEPTED WITHOUT DEPOSIT.
